"We're gonna change the community and you could be a part of it"
Bhavna Garara, Brent Citizens member
Brent Citizens are a group of young people whose aim is to bring together all the schools, faith groups, community groups and youth clubs within five miles of Kingsbury High School to improve the area for everyone.
After the huge success of the trial year of the Brent Citizens project, Kingsbury High school has committed to making Diversity an annual event and next year it will be on Sunday 17th July 2011.
If you're a young person in Brent who wants to try to make a difference, help your community and meet interesting new people, just get in touch.
